Purple Sweet Potato Soy Milk Shell Madeleine

1. Knock into the eggs and beat them up.

2. Add xylitol and mix well.

3. Sift in low-gluten flour, salt and baking powder and mix well.

4. Add honey and stir well.

5. Add purple sweet potato soy milk powder and mix well.

6. Cut the butter into small pieces, melt in water, add in, and stir well.
