Purple Temptation-purple Sweet Potato Sesame Ball

Wash the purple sweet potato, peel and slice.

Put it in a steamer, steam for ten minutes on medium heat, take it out and press it into puree after 5 minutes of stuffiness.

Add appropriate amount of glutinous rice flour and powdered sugar and stir evenly (according to the amount of water in the purple potato mash)

After mixing the mashed purple potato and glutinous rice flour, knead into a dough.

Add the cooked black sesame powder to the lard and the sugar to mix well. (The lard is added to soften the sesame powder and solidify the sugar into a dough. It tastes tasteless)

Divide the purple sweet potato dough into equal parts and knead into balls (I made 2 kinds, the small one did not put the sesame filling, and the large one filled with sesame filling)

Flatten the purple sweet potato dough, lay it flat on the palm of your hand, put in the black sesame filling, wrap it and knead it round.

Put the kneaded purple sweet potato balls into the white sesame seeds and roll them around to coat them with a layer of sesame seeds evenly.

Put it in a pot and fry on low heat until the oil surface is raised.

After frying, take out the pan and serve.
