Purple Yam Dumplings

The purple yam is peeled and washed and cut into thicker yam.

Boil a pot of water in a saucepan, add purple mountain pills and cook.

Take the cooked purple yam out of the water and put it in a small basin, and use a spoon to press the purple yam into a puree.

Add half of the glutinous rice noodles and noodles.

When making noodles, look at the water content of the purple yam paste and slowly add the glutinous rice ball powder to make a smooth dough.

Boil the water for boiling the purple yam again, roll the dough into small balls and put it in.

Add a spoonful of rose sugar after the glutinous rice balls are cooked.

Add some sugar and stir well before serving.
Tips:
