Purple Yam in Syrup

Prepare the ingredients.

Peel the purple yam and cut into small pieces.
3.
Boil the water in the casserole and pour the purple yam.

Add 3 drops of lemon juice.

The purple yam is cooked and added with rock sugar.

Tips:
