Q Bomb Refreshing ~ Hammer Meat Slices

Cut the lean meat into one-inch slices.

Stick the starch with a rolling pin and keep beating it, so as not to sprinkle the starch continuously during the process. Hammer large to translucent thin slices.

Prepare green onion ginger and coriander.
4.
Blanch the meat slices in boiling water, rinse off the starch and remove them for later use.

Saute the shrimp and ginger. Add in boiling water, cooking wine, extremely fresh and fish sauce and cook the meat slices for about 5-8 minutes. Add chopped green onions and coriander and serve.
Tips:
Hammer slices can be used in other lean meats, including beef, mutton, chicken or prawns, each with its own wonderful texture and taste. Suitable for making soup, frying and even hot pot are very delicious.
