String beans are a common home-cooked dish, and I usually like to eat them, but they are mainly stir-fried. Add some shredded pork to match this time, it's not monotonous and delicious!

Stir-fried String Beans with Shredded Pork

1. Prepare materials.

2. Remove the tendons of the kidney beans, wash, and cut into sections for later use. Cut the meat into shredded pork and cut the red pepper into red pepper rings for later use.

3. Pour an appropriate amount of vegetable oil in a hot pot to heat, add garlic and sauté.

4. Add shredded pork and stir fry until fragrant.

5. Pour in green beans, red pepper rings, add 30ml of water, add the auxiliary ingredients and stir quickly evenly.

6. Cover and simmer for 2 minutes, continue to stir-fry until the juice is collected, and it will be out of the pan.

7. Load into the dinner plate.
