Q Version Caterpillar Bread
1.
Except butter, put all the dough materials into the bread machine, put the liquid first, and finally put the flour, dig a hole in the flour to bury the yeast, and start the bread maker and dough program. After kneading the dough for 20 minutes, add the softened butter that was cut into small pieces in advance, continue to knead the dough to the complete stage, cover with plastic wrap and ferment at room temperature. Ferment to 1.5 to 2 times the size, dip your fingers in flour, the jack dough does not shrink, and the fermentation is complete.
2.
Take out the dough, squeeze it out, and divide it into equal parts the size of a caterpillar you like, round it, cover it with plastic wrap and let it stand for about 15 minutes.
3.
Divide the red bean paste into equal parts with the dough, round and set aside.
4.
Take a dough, squeeze it, put in a bean paste filling, wrap the four sides and pinch tightly, closing the mouth downwards.
Use a rolling pin to slowly roll it into an oval shape with gentle movements to prevent the bean paste from being squeezed out of the dough embryo.
Use a sharp knife to gently cut the rolled dough into even cuts. Cut only the upper layer and expose the bean paste slightly. Do not cut the lower layer together.
