Qiaoquduo is a biscuit that combines puffy cream and mellow chocolate. It is one of the indispensable desserts for family leisure afternoon tea.

Qiaoquduo Biscuits

1. The butter is softened at room temperature, add powdered sugar and mix well;

2. Add whole eggs in portions and stir evenly;

3. Add the sieved low-gluten flour, corn starch, baking powder, cocoa powder and salt and mix into the stirred butter, mix and stir until there is no dry powder;

4. Divide the dough evenly into 20 g rounds;
