Today is the Qixi Festival. Before the Qixi Festival every year, my mother would make me some sweet fruits. In my memory, the sweet fruits made by my mother are very delicious. The food for Qixi Festival is the most famous. Qiao Guo, also known as "Qiao Qiao Guo", has many styles. The main ingredients are oil, noodles, sugar and honey. In the Song Dynasty, Qixi Fruits were sold in the market, and women with dexterous hands would shape various tricks related to the legend of the Qixi Festival.

Qixi Fruit

1. Weigh all the ingredients first.

2. Pour the weighed ingredients into the bread machine, and start the kneading mode when the eggs are broken up.

3. After mixing the noodles for 10 minutes, add homemade lard and continue mixing for 10 minutes.

4. Knead the mixed dough, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for proof.

5. After the proofed dough is vented and rounded.

6. Rub the strips with your hands.

7. Use a knife to cut into small doses of the same size, each of which I have is 8 grams.

8. Rinse the wooden molds in advance and let them dry, then sprinkle some dry noodles on them to prevent sticking.

9. Put the potion into the mold and press the porcelain with your hands.

10. Put all the potions into the molds in turn to press porcelain.

11. I made the patterns of both molds again.

12. The ready-made Qiaoguo embryo can be demoulded.

13. After finishing all the medicines one by one, it is really cute and cute.

14. Put the prepared Qiaoguo embryos on a baking sheet lined with greased paper.

15. Preheat the oven at 170°C for 10 minutes in advance, and then put the Qiaoguo embryos.

16. Bake the upper and lower tubes at 170 degrees for 15 minutes. (The specific temperature depends on the temperature and temper of your own oven). I saw that the fruit is colored in the middle, so I need to cover it with tin foil.

Tips:

The dough of Qiaoguo should not be too soft, so as not to affect the shaping effect...
