The seventh day of the seventh lunar month is a traditional Chinese cultural festival-Qixi Festival. There is a poignant love story between the Cowherd and the Weaver Girl. Although many young people are not too cold about this festival, the customs of piercing needles and begging for cleverness and worshiping the Weaver Girl can only be seen on TV.
For foodies, Qixi Qiaoguo should be smelled, it is the food for the Qixi festival, but this kind of food is also hard to find in the dim sum shops outside. If we want to eat, we can actually make it ourselves. The method is very simple. The ingredients are also available in supermarkets or markets. All you need is flour, sugar, milk, yeast and oil to form a dough. Use a mold to print the pattern and bake it. It's ready to eat. I am using the wooden mold of Fabake mooncakes. "

Qixi Fruit

1. Yeast is dissolved in warm milk.

2. Pour the flour and sugar into the basin.

3. Pour in corn oil.

4. Pour the milk yeast liquid into the flour and stir it into a flocculent shape with chopsticks.

5. Knead it into a smooth dough with your hands. The dough is twice as large as it is fermented at room temperature. Cover it with plastic wrap to prevent it from drying out.

6. After the dough is fermented, knead it thoroughly, expel the bubbles, and then knead it into a strip.

7. Cut into a few small agents, sprinkle some flour in the wooden mold, and then pour out the excess flour.

8. Put the small pasta into the mold, press firmly with the palm of your hand, and remove the excess dough with a knife.

9. Invert the mold, tap into the fruit green, and move it to the non-stick baking pan.

10. Preheat the Dongling K40C oven to 180 degrees, place the baking tray in the lower middle of the oven, and bake for about 15 minutes.
