Quail Egg Ball Hot Pot

1. Prepare 2 boxes of thick soup, cut the Chaotian pepper into sections, and cut the scallion into sections

2. Wash the ingredients, prepare the vermicelli, soak the oily tofu, wash and cut in half, and cut the Chinese cabbage stalks into triangles

3. Of course, hot pot must be paired with vegetables! Add vegetables according to your own taste. The editor prepared Shanghai green, coriander, and Chinese cabbage leaves. All vegetables were washed and water-controlled for later use.

4. Hot pot is inseparable from meatballs! The editor prepared shrimp balls, vegetable balls, and some quail eggs. It is safer to wash the balls with water.

5. Put six large bowls of cold water in the pot, then add the shallots and red pepper

6. When the water in the pot is boiled, add 2 boxes of soup treasure

7. Bring the thick soup to a boil, the soup will be thicker, add vermicelli, oily tofu, and cabbage stalks

8. When the soup is brought to a boil, add vegetable balls, shrimp balls and quail eggs

9. The above ingredients will be boiled for 5 minutes after the soup is boiled, then add cabbage, Shanghai greens and coriander

10. Bring the soup to a boil again and cook for 1 minute
