Quail Eggs with Vegetable Mustard Seed

Peel the carrots and shred them, wash the leeks and cut into sections, and shred the bell peppers.

Put the white sesame seeds in a pot and roast them on a low heat for 3-4 minutes until they emit a fragrance and a golden color. Turn off the heat and remove from the heat.
