When I was bored, I turned to a software that teaches cooking in the app. I saw this dish. The recipe is simple and I learned a bit. It happened to have the ingredients at home. But then I added a spoonful of mustard seeds to make the taste richer. If you don't have one at home, you don't need to put it.

Ingredients

Quail Eggs with Vegetable Mustard Seed

1. Peel the carrots and shred them, wash the leeks and cut into sections, and shred the bell peppers.

2. Put the white sesame seeds in a pot and roast them on a low heat for 3-4 minutes until they emit a fragrance and a golden color. Turn off the heat and remove from the heat.

3. Boil water in a pot, add a few drops of oil and salt, blanch the bell peppers and chives in water, remove them and put them in a bowl.

4. Add the quail eggs and cook for 4-5 minutes. After picking up, peel off the shells and cut them in half for use.

5. Pour a little olive oil into the wok, stir-fry the carrots, remove, let cool, and pour into the chives and sweet peppers.

6. Add sesame seeds and mix well.

7. Pour in sweet chili sauce, Mega Fresh, and mustard seeds

8. Put the mixed vegetables and quail eggs into the container, and you're done.

Tips:

There are no mustard seeds, so you can leave them alone.
