Quick Fried Dumplings
1.
Dumplings can be fresh or quick-frozen. This time they are quick-frozen.
2.
Grease the pan, the dumplings do not need to be thawed, and they are well laid out.
3.
Start to fry on medium heat, pick up and observe after a minute or two. If the bottom is browned, pour in pure water. One-third of the dumplings are submerged in the water (if they are fresh dumplings, reduce the amount of water appropriately.) Cover and simmer for about five minutes.
4.
When the water is almost dry, pour a small bowl of thin flour water (flour: water = 1:10), sprinkle sesame seeds and chives (or not sprinkle). There is no green onion in the house, so I sprinkled the green pepper.
5.
Fry on low heat and finish.
Tips:
1. The fire should not be too low during the initial frying without water
2. Don't turn it randomly when simmering, it is easy to break
