Quick Hand Imitation Mustard

Clean the chopsticks, remove the leaves, and dry the water if there is a balcony to dry, without using a kitchen towel to dry the water, and then cut into chopstick-sized strips

Add two tablespoons of salt (for soup), put on gloves and grasp well and let stand for 2 hours

Two hours later... Pour out the water in the basin and wrap the chopped cabbage in a clean cloth (I use a steamer cloth)

Find a heavy object and hold it down for four hours. Turn it over to make sure it is evenly pressed (I used a stone grinder) if you don't have it, fill a pot with water and press it up. Remember to keep it steady, but don't pour water on the ground. The harder the pressure, the crispier the dish

Now let's make the hot sauce. Stir a spoonful of sesame oil, pepper oil, chilli oil and a spoonful of chilli sauce evenly and sprinkle an appropriate amount of cooked sesame seeds to make the chilli sauce. The chili sauce is recommended to use garlic, or you can make your own chopped chili sauce, as long as it is the taste you like

Mix the cabbage shreds and the chili sauce and you're ready to eat! It's best to finish it in one day
