Quick Snacks: Button Biscuits

The butter softens at room temperature.

Add powdered sugar and salt to the butter.

Stir evenly with a spatula.

Beat the butter.

Add the whole egg liquid and mix well.

Sift in low-gluten flour and baking powder.

Stir with a spatula and mix well.

Knead the dough with your hands.

Cover with plastic wrap, let it rest for 5 minutes, and set aside.

Place the dough on a silicone pad and roll it into a round piece with a rolling pin.

Carve out a circle with a large piping mouth.

Tips:
