Quick Stir-fried Beef

1. Prepare all the ingredients.

2. Heat the rapeseed oil in a hot pan, add green garlic, and fry until fragrant.

3. Add the dried red pepper and stir fry a few times, put the beef tenderloin, and stir-fry on high heat.

4. Stir-fry until lightly, put green garlic leaves.
