Quinoa Beef with Broccoli

Prepare beef, broccoli, and quinoa tricolor quinoa.

Marinate the beef with corn oil, cooking wine, and starch first.

Then add water to the milk pot and bring to a boil. Put the quinoa tricolor quinoa in the pot and simmer for about ten minutes.

Then take the cooked quinoa out of the pot, put the cut broccoli in the pot, and blanch it until it is cooked through.

Bring the blanched broccoli out of the pot, boil the soup again, and blanch the beef slices, mainly beef slices, until cooked.

To make up my favorite sauce, I used soy sauce and shacha sauce that my family likes.

Just pour the prepared sauce on the surface of the ingredients.
