Quinoa Chicken Breast Salad

After the quinoa is properly washed, add water to a boil, turn to low heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes, pick up and set aside.

The broccoli is blanched and cooked. Add sliced ginger, spring onion and cooking wine in boiling water, cook the chicken breast for later use.

Cut the cooked chicken breast into small cubes, cut the egg in half, and mix the chicken breast, broccoli, cherry tomatoes and quinoa.
