Quinoa Fruit Salad
1.
Prepare the ingredients. The yogurt is my own original flavor, and the colostrum milk tofu is also my own steamed original flavor. For the recipe of milk tofu, please refer to the recipe: http://home.meishichina.com/space-272949-do-blog-id-517926.html
2.
Take the required amount of quinoa and rinse with water
3.
Add an appropriate amount of water to steam for 30 minutes
4.
Let the steamed quinoa cool for later use. After quinoa is steamed, the germs are ring-shaped. This is one of the nutritional characteristics of quinoa: germs occupy a very high proportion and have nutritional activity, which is not available in many grains. Nutritional activity means that the germ, endosperm, and seed coat tissue structure of the seed is intact and fresh, and has the ability to germinate. The enzymes in the seed have always been active, and various nutrients are in the freshest state.
5.
Avocado peeled and pitted and sliced
6.
Put half of the avocado and half of the strawberries into the food processor, add yogurt and maple syrup. You can also add sugar or honey instead of maple syrup
7.
Whipped into a milkshake
8.
Put the remaining avocado in a bowl, cut the milk tofu into pieces and put it in the bottom of the bowl
9.
Put the quinoa on the fruit, then pour the whipped milkshake
10.
You can put more quinoa and fruit on top, a full bowl of nutritious salad, go ahead
Tips:
The yogurt and milk tofu used are all sugar-free. I added maple syrup to my grandson's meal. What I ate was the original flavor, and it was delicious without syrup. You can also use sugar or honey instead of maple syrup. But be aware that babies under 3 years of age cannot eat honey.
