Quinoa Mixed Vegetable Salad

Heat the pot and pour in grape seed oil

First cut the carrots into small cubes, pour in and stir-fry

Then pour in the chopped black fungus and continue to fry for 2 minutes

Pour in the previously cooked chickpeas and stir-fry them so that the beans are evenly heated

Then add the chopped celery, stir fry, pour in salt to taste

Finally, add the quinoa and stir fry
Tips:
Both quinoa and chickpeas need to be cooked beforehand
