Tibetan quinoa for use, no-washing and no-foaming

Pumpkin diced and cooked

Pumpkin with milk

Beat finely with a blender and then pour out.

Spread quinoa, arrange bananas and grapes
Tips:
The pumpkin is not peeled and can be steamed. \nNon-wash quinoa should be soaked to remove the bitter taste of saponins.
