Ingredients

Quinoa Rice Sushi

1. Wash glutinous rice and quinoa rice and steam them into rice

2. Put a spoonful of oil after steaming

3. Add a spoonful of sugar and a pinch of salt and mix well

4. Corn kernels are blanched and removed

5. Add salad dressing, mix well and set aside

6. Cut cucumber, sausage and radish into strips and set aside

7. Coat a layer of quinoa glutinous rice on the seaweed and roll it up with the ingredients. Use a little bit of strength when rolling, otherwise the sushi will be easy to loose
