Quinoa Shrimp Milk Stew
1.
Prepare the ingredients, soak the quinoa in clean water for two hours. Remove the heads of the shrimps. Pick out the shrimp threads and peel them into shrimps. Grab them with a little cooking wine. Remove the cores of the avocado and cut into pieces for later use.
2.
Bring the quinoa to a boil in water, turn to low heat and cook for another 10 minutes.
3.
Remove the cooked quinoa and set aside.
4.
Put a small amount of olive oil in the pan, put the corn kernels and shrimp in the pan and stir fry.
5.
Stir-fry for a while, and the corn kernels and shrimp will change color.
6.
Put Haojixiqu milk stewed Xiaofang into the pot.
7.
Add half a pot of water, because I use a flat-bottomed non-stick pan, so half a pot of water is just right.
8.
Add cooked quinoa, simmer for 3-5 minutes, and it will be out of the pot.
9.
Put the avocado in before serving, you can taste delicious!
Tips:
The avocado does not have to be boiled in the pot, otherwise the taste will not be good.
