Quinoa Steak

Wash the quinoa, put a little salt in a pot and cook for 15 minutes, drain and set aside.

Pat the raw steak with a knife back, add a little salt, red wine, chopped onion, oil, pepper, and rosemary to marinate for 20 minutes.

Put olive oil, a little cumin and butter in a hot frying pan, add the marinated steak, lock the gravy on high heat and bake at medium low heat. After cooking, put it on the plate and sprinkle with a little black pepper.

Fry the tomato sauce and chili sauce with a little water in a small pot, pour a portion on the steak, leave the rest in the pot, and then stir in the quinoa.

Put the quinoa in steamed hollowed bell peppers or stack them directly next to the steak.
6.
Use vegetable cut flowers to make some decorations and serve.
