"cold Delicacy" Squid Rice

Prepare the ingredients.

Chop all ingredients except squid and set aside.
3.
Tear off the outer red membrane of the squid, remove the internal organs, and then rinse.

Add salad dressing to the pot and stir-fry the ingredients.

Add rice to stir fry and serve.
6.
Put the rice into the squid.
7.
Seal it with a toothpick, and smear the surface with salad dressing.
8.
Steam on the pot for 10 minutes and take it out.
Tips:
Leave a section of the squid without stuffing it to prevent the rice from swelling out during steaming.
