"customize" Wedding Cakes

Mix the eggs, sugar, and corn oil with a manual whisk

Use appropriate amount of warm water to dissolve the yeast (I did not weigh the water, and I used it roughly), and pour the yeast water into the evenly stirred egg liquid

Add flour, knead well, set aside to wake up the noodles.

Knead the awake dough, roll it into a cake, then cut it into diamonds, and wake up for a while

Bake in the oven at 130 degrees for 20 minutes. Turn it over in the middle, that's it
Tips:
Fermentation must be in place, and the amount of flour is not certain. It is judged by the softness and hardness of the dough. I only used 50g of sugar, so it's not very sweet. In addition, the family oven has a different temper, and the temperature has to be adjusted according to the actual situation!
