1. Prepare ingredients: 2 eggs, 1 cucumber, appropriate amount of green onion and ginger;

3. Stir the eggs in the pan and fry them out into the bowl;

4. Heat the pan with oil, add the green onion, ginger, red pepper and stir fragrant, then add the cucumber slices and stir fry;

Tips:

1. It is especially delicious when fried with soil eggs;
2. Some fungus can be added appropriately;
3. A friend said that cucumbers should be cut with horseshoe knives. I personally think that everything is the same, and I feel that it looks better in this way;
