Raccoon and Squirrel Cookies
1.
Put the eggs and sugar in a container and mix well
2.
Then put in the melted butter and mix well without particles
3.
Then pour the beaten egg liquid into the sifted low powder
4.
After kneading into dough, divide into two portions, wrap one portion directly with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour
5.
Put the other part in cocoa powder and knead it into a cocoa-colored dough, then put it in the refrigerator for half an hour
6.
Take out two refrigerated doughs and roll them into dough sheets, and then use a mold to carve out as shown in the picture. The squirrel mold is composed of the squirrel's face, body and two small hands. The raccoon mold is composed of the body and the eyes. The belly and the tail are made up of four parts, so we have to cut out the biscuit dough pieces separately and then join them together again (my expressive ability is too limited)
7.
Cut the two colors of dough into long strips, then arrange the numbers crosswise, and use it as a raccoon tail after rolling a few times
8.
As shown in the picture, after engraving the four parts of the raccoon, join them again, stick the tail part with a little water, and finally put the almonds as something to hold in your hand.
9.
The same is true for squirrel biscuits, and then preheat the middle and lower layer at 160° in the oven for 20-25 minutes, then take it out and let it dry for a while, then use a chocolate pen to draw the pattern and dry it thoroughly!
