Radish

Wash the radish and set aside (remove the root and cherry), make apple cider vinegar and salt.

Pat the radishes flat with the back of a knife and sprinkle with a little salt (to taste).

Pour apple cider vinegar and sesame oil on step 2 radish and it is ready to be eaten.
Tips:
1. When choosing foreign radish, try to be as small and flat as possible, so that it is easy to taste when mixing;
2. The apple cider vinegar used is homemade, and the method is very simple: add clean, clean and water-controlled sliced apples and rock sugar to 9 degree rice vinegar (available in supermarkets), seal and place it in a cool, ventilated place for one month.
