Radish Balls

Shred the radish, and then stop for a few more cuts, not so long. Put a little salt in a basin and mix well

Minced green onion and ginger for later use

Squeeze the salted radish shreds out of water, add green onion, ginger foam, pepper powder, chicken powder, and eggs and mix well. Leave it for twenty to thirty minutes.

Pour oil in the pot and heat it up.

Take some batter in your hand and squeeze out a small ball at the tiger's mouth and drop it into the oil pan. I really can't take photos with my hands anymore๐

1. Be sure to put less salt in shredded radish.
2. You can put more chopped green onion
