Radish Beef Stew

Preparation materials: appropriate amount of green onion and ginger, sliced stewed beef, if you like meat, add more beef;

Wash white radish, cut into hob pieces, and cut green onion and ginger into large pieces;

Put a tablespoon of vegetable oil in the wok, add green onion and ginger to stir up the aroma;

Add radish cubes and stir fry;

Stir the white radish for two or three minutes, add an appropriate amount of stewed beef broth, I put the three rice spoons in the picture, this is an appropriate amount;

Then put in a proper amount of water, the surface of the water is flush with the radish, bring to a boil on high heat, turn to low heat, cover the pot and simmer for 10-15 minutes;

Add sliced beef stew;

Put in an appropriate amount of beef powder;

Cover the pot and simmer for about 5 minutes to let the radish and beef taste good, and the radish will be simmered until soft, and the pot can be started;

With a bowl of white rice noodles, eat one more bowl than usual.
Tips:
Beef powder contains salt. You can add salt to your taste when you stew.
