Radish Cake

Ingredients: 1 radish 230g, 100g all-purpose flour, 3g salt, 1g chicken powder, 1 egg, 3 green onions, several peppers.

Wash the radish and rub the skin into filaments.

Add salt, stir well, and marinate for a while.

Wash the green onions, cut into chopped green onions, and set aside.

Squeeze the marinated radish shreds out of water by hand, and retain the liquid.

Add eggs and mix well.

Cover the lid and heat up and down for 3-5 minutes.

The surface is solidified and the bottom is golden. Turn it over, cover it again, and continue to fry for 2-3 minutes.

Golden on both sides, out of the pot.
Tips:
The amount of salt should be increased or decreased according to your taste.
If you don’t like pepper and scallion, you don’t have to.
When frying, the fire should not be too large, so as to avoid the external coke and internal growth.
A little more oil will make it more fragrant.
