Radish Casserole
1.
Wash the Niu Nan and cut into small pieces

Put the Niu Nan into the pot and add the right amount of water

After boiling, take it out and rinse with cold water

Add ginger and chili in a frying pan

Pour in Niu Nan and stir fry

Then add the right amount of cooking wine

Add some light soy sauce

Finally add the soy sauce and stir fry

Pour into the pressure cooker and add appropriate amount of water to boil for 15 minutes, keep the pressure for 30 minutes

Peel the radish

Then cut into small pieces

Add to the pressure cooker
13.
Add a little if it's not salty enough
14.
Add the spices and cook for another ten minutes
15.
After 15 minutes of constant pressure, add appropriate amount of sugar to eat

Note: Niu Nan can be soaked in clean water for half an hour after being cut into pieces to soak out the blood
