Radish Noodle Soup

Prepare the ingredients, because one person only needs to have less noodles, and the radishes are cut because half of them don’t want to waste, a little too much.

Cut into shreds, prepare, and save a few large slices of radish to match with the heavenly soup.

Stir-fry the chopped garlic and chopped green onion.

Add shredded radish and stir-fry until half cooked.

Add water and bring to a boil.

Add noodles and fungus, and a few slices of radish. Cook with a little salt.

It is very warm in winter when it comes out of the pot. There is no noodles at home to replace with carrot soup.
