Eat radish in winter and ginger in summer, and a bowl of noodle soup for breakfast alone. The small noodles were given by friends and dried by the old family. They are very handcrafted, very thin and easy to cook. I have leftover radishes at home. I remembered the shredded radish soup made by my grandmother when I was a child. I mixed it up for my breakfast. It tastes good 😄"

Radish Noodle Soup

1. Prepare the ingredients, because one person only needs to have less noodles, and the radishes are cut because half of them don’t want to waste, a little too much.

2. Cut into shreds, prepare, and save a few large slices of radish to match with the heavenly soup.

3. Stir-fry the chopped garlic and chopped green onion.

4. Add shredded radish and stir-fry until half cooked.

5. Add water and bring to a boil.

6. Add noodles and fungus, and a few slices of radish. Cook with a little salt.

7. It is very warm in winter when it comes out of the pot. There is no noodles at home to replace with carrot soup.
