After the winter, the radish is white, tender and juicy, and tastes very good, so I often make this "radish pork bone soup" every year this season. This is the first time to cook the soup in a rice cooker. I didn’t expect the taste to be particularly delicious and the ingredients are soft. The badness is just right, very good~~"

Radish Pork Bone Soup

1. Wash the pork bones

2. Wash the radish and cut into long pieces

3. Boil the blood with Buddha water and remove it

4. Put the pork bones in the inner pot

5. Add water, chives, ginger slices, cooking wine and a few drops of vinegar, then close the outer lid

6. Press the "Function Selection" button and select "Stew"

7. Set the cooking time to 2 hours, then press the "on" button

8. After simmering for 30 minutes, open the outer lid and add the radishes

9. After the buzzer sounds, the cooking is over, press the "off/cancel" button

10. Open the outer cover and add chopped green onion, salt and white pepper

Tips:

If you like to eat turnips that are soft and rotten, you can put it in early and cook; if you like crispy, you can put it later
