Radish Pork Ribs Soup

Wash the ribs, boil and blanch to remove the blood, turn off the heat and remove, rinse off the bubbles

Add ginger and spring onions, the pressure cooker for your own use is faster. After simmering for an hour, add salt, a little vinegar, and continue to simmer for half an hour

The bone broth is almost simmered. I started it in a separate pot. Add the washed and sliced oyster mushrooms and radishes, and cook until the radishes are rotten.

I personally like to eat it with condiments, light soy sauce, vinegar, cooked oil and spicy pepper, depending on my taste
