Radish Pork Ribs Soup

Soak the ribs in cold water and remove them to drain.

The soaked ribs are blanched in the pot and then removed and drained.

Wash the radish and prepare the corn kernels.

Put the green onion, ginger and aniseed into the inner pot of the pressure cooker.

Put in the ribs.

Then add the white radish and corn kernels cut into hob pieces.

Add appropriate amount of water, put the inner pot into the pressure cooker, cover the pot, turn on the electric cooker, decompress after boiling, add salt and pepper.

Stir well and serve.
