Radish Slices in Sauce
1.
White radish, one, peeled and sliced;
2.
Put it in a pot, add salt, pinch, and marinate. A lot of juice will come out in about half an hour. Pour out the juice and repeat the above steps. This way, back and forth several times, you can remove the astringency of the radish;
3.
Take a fresh-keeping box and put in sliced ginger, garlic, dried red pepper and a spoonful of chili sauce that you pickled yourself;
4.
Put in extremely fresh and mature vinegar;
5.
Add a little salt and sugar;
6.
Put the marinated, washed and drained white radish into the fresh-keeping box, add boiling water, and leave the sliced radish;
7.
Cover it, put it in the refrigerator, and refrigerate it for two or three days before it is ready to eat;
8.
It's crisp and crisp, I like it~
9.
Come on~~
