Rice cakes are our favorite ingredients here, and all kinds of eating methods are very flavorful. Today I use dried shrimp to fry first, then fry the ham and radish until the flavor is delicious, then add water and cook until the soup is delicious, and finally add rice cakes. The staple food of such rice cakes is very flavorful.

Ingredients

Radish Soup Rice Cake

1. Prepare the white section of ham and garlic.

2. Cut the dried prawns into smaller ones and soak them in water.

3. Then peel the radish and change it to a knife for later use.

4. Prepare the green part of the garlic separately.

5. Wash the rice cakes, cut and control water for later use.

6. Add a proper amount of salad oil to the pot, and stir-fry the dried shrimps to taste.

7. Then fry the garlic and ham in the pan until the ingredients are flavorful

8. Fry the radishes in the pan until fragrant.

9. Add water and cook until the radish is cooked through, then put the rice cakes in the pot.

10. Cook until the rice cakes are fully cooked, then add garlic greens, winter vegetables, fine salt and half a teaspoon of soy sauce to taste.

Tips:

Winter vegetables are fresh and salty ingredients that are not easy to cook for a long time.
