Radish Soup with Cured Duck Legs

One radish.

One cured duck leg

Peel the radish
4.
Cut pieces of cured duck legs.

Rinse the cured duck legs with boiling water several times to remove the oil

Add the right amount of water and bring the radishes to a boil. Turn the heat to a low heat and cook for about 50 minutes to soften the radishes
7.
After the radish is boiled, add the cured duck leg and ginger slices and cook for about 20 minutes.
