Radish Stewed Bones

The weather is so good to go out to pull the carrots, so I went to the fields to pull the carrots, haha!

If you pull out the radish, you must eat it well, so let’s stew the pot of bone soup and eat it.

Bone under cold water, 3 slices of ginger, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 spoon of half cooking wine

Boil for two more minutes after boiling, to boil all the blood

Then take out the bones and rinse them with warm water (use cold water or hot water as you like, it can be stewed anyway)

Re-simmer in the pot (add ginger, garlic, cooking wine, tea water) and turn to low heat after boiling

Stew for about 1.5 to 2 hours, peel the radish and cut into pieces

Then add the radish to the bone broth and stew with the bones (if the water is not enough, you can add a little water)

Turn off the heat when the radish is completely stewed, and sprinkle some chopped green onion on it.

Medicine jar and diet therapy should avoid:
Radish should not be used with ginseng, codonopsis, astragalus and other Qi-tonifying drugs. Radish is discouraged by taking ginseng to invigorate qi. People with spleen deficiency and cold, loose stools, and indigestion should not eat more or raw food.
