Radish Stewed Tofu

The tofu is cut into pieces and soaked in salt water for half an hour, one is to deodorize, and the other is to increase the condensing power and not break easily.

Slice robu, slice green onion, shred ginger, and cut coriander into sections.

When the pan is hot, add 30g of oil, add green onions and ginger after the oil is hot, stir fry the white Luobu.

Pour in the tofu, add water over the tofu, boil on high heat, simmer for 20 minutes, add salt, add 3g chicken essence, and add wolfberry. Boil for 5 minutes, add coriander and turn off the heat.

Take out the pan and serve.
