Radish, Wolfberry and Oxtail Soup

1. Wash the oxtail.

2. Soak in clean water for one or two hours, changing the water once or twice in between.

3. In a pot under cold water, pour an appropriate amount of cooking wine to remove the fishy.

4. Bring it to a boil and remove it. Wash in warm water several times, and control water for later use.

5. Put an appropriate amount of water in a boiling pot, add the blanched oxtail, and add the green onion and ginger.

6. Simmer for an hour on medium and low heat.

7. Skimming the froth and oil on the top, the soup cleared a lot.

8. Cut green radish into cubes.

9. Put it in the soup and simmer for half an hour on medium and low heat.

10. Wash the wolfberry and put it in the pot.
