Rainbow Cake

1. Green vegetable juice

2. Add glutinous rice flour and potato flour, salt

3. Mix well, filter for later use

4. Watermelon juice is made in the same way

5. The purple sweet potato is steamed, peeled and pressed into a puree

6. Mix glutinous rice flour and potato flour with water in a ratio of 1:2, add sugar, stir evenly, divide into two portions, add purple potato mash and sweet potato mash, respectively

7. Sieved separately

8. Put the purple sweet potato paste into the container and steam for 10 minutes

9. When the purple sweet potato cake is hardened, pour into the sweet potato paste

10. Steam for 10 minutes

11. Pour the watermelon paste

12. Continue to steam for 10 minutes

13. After the watermelon becomes hard, pour into the green vegetables

14. Steam for another 10 minutes

15. It's all steamed, let it cool a little while out of the pot

16. Upside down, cut into pieces

Tips:

1. Each juice must be filtered. So that the taste is smooth;
2. Only when the cake of each color becomes hard can pour the paste of another color, otherwise the color will be crossed;
3. Put oil on the plate, it will be easier to pour out.
