Rainbow Cake
1.
Material preparation.
2.
Separate the eggs in two clean bowls without water and oil.
3.
Beat until the color becomes lighter and the sugar melts.
4.
Sift in low powder and mix well.
5.
Add egg yolks in portions and mix well.
6.
Divide the mixed egg yolk batter into 5 bowls, add a few drops of food coloring to each bowl, and mix well.
7.
Add a few drops of white vinegar to the egg whites. (The 45-liter oven can bake 5 cakes at a time. My oven is only 34 liters. I can only bake it in two batches. I'm afraid of defoaming and my egg whites are beaten twice)
8.
Beat until fish-eye shape, add granulated sugar in three times and beat until almost dry foaming.
9.
Take a small spoonful of egg white foam into the egg yolk batter and stir evenly.
10.
Divide the egg white foam into three parts, stir separately into the mixed 3-color egg yolk paste, stir evenly, pour into the mold, shake a few times to eliminate large bubbles.
11.
Put the mold into the preheated oven at 170 degrees and bake for 20-25 minutes. Add tin foil halfway.
12.
Bake the other 2 colored cakes and let cool for later use.
13.
Whip the whipped cream with powdered sugar.
14.
Take a slice of cake and place it on the bottom layer.
15.
Spread a layer of light cream.
16.
Put another layer of cake, and another layer of light cream until the cake is all set. Spread the noodles and put on the m-beans.

Tips:
Because the oven is small, it only scores twice to bake. Fear that the antifoam protein is divided into two whippings. If the oven has 45 liters, such 5 small baking pans can be baked at once.
The decorative stuff is better to be put on when taking pictures in the future.
