I saw other people's recipes and said this cake is very delicious.
I collected it a long time ago, and tried it myself this time, and it didn't disappoint.
Because I personally don't like the taste of butter, all aspects of the amount have been changed according to the recipe.

Raisin Dry Souffle

1. All ingredients (soak the raisins for a few minutes, rinse and drain)

2. The butter is softened at room temperature, add powdered sugar and milk powder, stir for a few times, and then beat with a whisk until it is fluffy

3. Add the egg yolk in two batches, and continue beating until it is loose

4. Sift in low powder, stir evenly with chopsticks

5. Add raisins

6. Half knead and half knead into dough, cover with plastic wrap and wake up for ten minutes

7. Roll out rectangular dough slices and slice

8. Put it in a baking dish and coat with egg wash. Put it into the oven and heat up and down at 170 degrees for 15 minutes (preheat the oven in advance)

Tips:

1. When rolling the dough, you can use a kitchen knife to help tidy the edges so that there are no corners.
2. The baking time depends on the temperament of each oven.
