Raisin π Pumpkin π Hair Cake

Peel the pumpkin, cut into small pieces, and steam until tender

Put pumpkin puree until warm, add powdered sugar, yeast, baking powder, two-thirds of raisins, milkπ₯

Put the finished dough into a cake mold and ferment to double its size.

Tips:
The hair cake I made is not very sweet. The mold is determined according to my own situation. I use an 8-inch cake mold. I can try to make a smaller one when I start making it myself. I also made a purple sweet potato. The batter doesnβt need to be clumpy, itβs good if itβs thicker.
