1.
Put the flour and baking powder in the basin and beat in three eggs. (I slapped one first, but later found that it was not enough, and slapped another one.) Slowly stir it into a flocculent shape. Make it into a smooth dough, proof for 30 minutes
2.
Take out the awake dough and knead it slightly. Spread a thin layer of cornstarch on the chopping board, and roll the dough into 0.5cm noodles. Cut the noodles into thin noodles. (It will expand when fried, so the noodles should be thinner.)
3.
Sprinkle a little cornstarch and shake the noodles apart. Pour peanut oil into the pot and heat it over high heat. When the oil is 70~80% hot, put the noodles in a small fire and fry. (Fried several times in small quantities.)
4.
As long as the noodles are fully expanded, the color is slightly changed and the noodles are removed. Take another non-stick pan and put in white sugar. Add water
5.
Add maltose. Boil on low heat. Boil on low heat until it becomes silky slowly
6.
When boiling the syrup, prepare raisins, almond flakes and black sesame seeds. After boiling the syrup, pour the noodles into it
7.
Sprinkle in the dried fruits and stir quickly evenly. Put a layer of greased paper on the baking tray, put the noodles in the baking tray, and press firmly
8.
After letting cool thoroughly, you can tear off the greased paper
9.
Cut into pieces

Tips:
When cutting the noodles, it is a little thinner, and when the noodles are fried, the heat is small, small amounts and many times.
