Raisin Scam
1.
Pour the raisins into the rum and soak for half an hour

Large collection of ingredients: soften butter, beat eggs

Pour sugar, salt, baking powder, and butter into a bowl with flour, knead it with your hands until the butter and flour are completely mixed

Pour in milk and egg liquid and knead it into a dough

After half an hour, put the soaked and drained raisins into the dough and knead well
6.
Use a rolling pin to roll out into a rectangle, and then cut into the shape you like. Preheat the oven: 180 degrees, ten minutes

Put it in a non-stick baking dish and brush with a layer of egg liquid (ignore my unshaped Scon)
8.
Put into the preheated oven: 180 degrees, middle level, upper and lower fire, 12 minutes

Tips:
Do not put the raisins into the dough and knead hard, otherwise the kneading will affect the taste! The temperature of each oven is different, so it should be based on the temper of your own oven!
