Raisin Toast
1.
Soak the raisins in hot water, control the water, and absorb the excess water with a paper towel.
2.
Weigh the ingredients and seasonings.
3.
Put milk and eggs in the bucket of the bread machine, and put salt in one corner.
4.
Put in sugar.
5.
Add olive oil.
6.
Stir gently with chopsticks.
7.
Slowly pour the flour, cover all the liquid, make a hole on the top of the flour with a spoon, and put in the instant yeast powder.
8.
Put the bucket into the bread machine and lock it, close the lid, select a custom kneading program, set a timer for 10 minutes, and start.
9.
Choose European-style bread, choose mild burn color, choose 750g for pound, and start.
10.
When the buzzer sounds for the first time, open the lid and add the raisins. Close the lid and wait until the end of the program.
11.
Take out the bread and put it on the grill to let it cool slightly.
12.
Put the bread in the bread machine again, close the lid, and take it out after about 30 minutes to make the bread skin softer.
Tips:
1. Mix the dough for 10 minutes before the automatic bread program starts to make the dough better.
2. If there is a small dough hanging on the wall of the bucket when making the dough, you can open the lid and scrape it with chopsticks.
3. The raisins seem to be a little bit less because I only have these at home and I don't want to go out to buy them. You can add more.
